Artistic Director

Prior to co-founding Playlab NYC, Kevin spent eight years working at Professional Artists Talent Agency.  

In 2007, he directed Macbeth for Socrates Sculpture Park’s Halloween Harvest Festival.  Kevin also directed the New York premier of Emma and Company  at the Wings Theatre, which was noted by critic Victor Gluk in Backstage as one of the best Off-Off-Broadway shows of 2001.  

Kevin worked for two seasons in the producer’s office of North Shore Music Theatre.  As a champion of the new works program, it was his honor to assist in the development of new musicals including Emma and Company,  and The Legend of Tom Dooley.  

In addition to his time at North Shore Music Theatre, Kevin has had the opportunity to work at Theatre Building Chicago, Actors Theatre of Sonoma County, Barter Theatre, Kenley Players, Youngstown Playhouse, and Cleveland Playhouse.  Kevin is a graduate of Wright State University and currently works in the professional rights department at Dramatists Play Service, Inc.
Managing Director

Jennifer worked as a Program Coordinator for Wright State University’s Pre-College Program.  In 1996, She designed a technical residential summer program for high school students that was incorporated into the Ohio Summer Institute and the In Cahoots Actor’s Theater Program. 

As a lighting designer, Jennifer has lit New York productions for companies such as Gideon Productions, The Happy Few, Covenant Ballet Theatre of Brooklyn, Reidel Dance Theatre, Room 6 Collaborations, The Red Door Theatre Company, Dixon Place, The Lady Cavaliers and Barking Dove.  Outside of New York she has been fortunate to work with the Chinese Cultural Arts Institute in Harrisburg PA, DolphinBack Theater Company in Chicago IL, Bad Epitaph Theater and Dobama Theater in Cleveland OH and The Youngstown Playhouse in Youngstown OH. 

Jennifer is currently the Electrics Shop Supervisor at The Juilliard School.  Jennifer has provided lighting for various Events, Opera and Drama Divisions including the Actor Presentations New York Showcase for the past 12 years.
